A2: All our products have sizing details/care instructions. They have international sizing details/care instructions. You can see them also on my site.
A3: Shipping: 1.Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. 2.Shipping times I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. AS THEY ARE FREE SHIPPING, they are ecomic international postal shipping!! Carriers: All our carriers shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.
A4: Custom & Personalized Orders : Yes we do Custom & Personalized Orders, contact us to email@example.com / eCrate convo. Packaging: All our products are well package. -Jewellery is usually presented in an INKA’S SOUL gift box, tissue filled & ribbon tied with tag. -Watches are usually in the brand's protective packaging then hand wrapped in our luxury embossed white wrapping paper complete with ribbon and gift tag. Gift Wrapping: If you want a lovely gift wrapping tell us! Leave it to us, it will always look great! -Applicable warranty cards, certificates, instruction and information leaflets are included inside the gift packaging. -We never include receipts with the shipment but a full receipt/tax invoice will be emailed to you at the time of purchase.

A6: I mostly live in and work out of Sydney, Australia. I also have a studio in Lima, PERU and occasionally ship from there. Please do not be surprised if your jewelry/item arrives from the lovely city of Lima, PERU.
A7: Refunds & Exchanges: YES, we do! SEE our clauses and notes. Excluded: -Custom & Personalized Items -Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) -Jewellery piercing products unless faulty -Items on SALE -Used Items (have to be in new condition/unwear/odorless) -NOT properly packaged return (original packaging required) Custom Fees and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. INKASSOUL is not responsible for delays due to customs.

A9: INKASSOUL offers warranty for all our products, however we are not able to cover wear & tear over time and negligent damage.
A10: We ship all products worldwide. Please note that some countries will charge import fees or duty, and it is your responsibility to contact your customs authority to determine any duty and tax payable price prior to purchase completion.
A11: To make things easy we charge: US$0 (AUD$0), using registered “Standard/Economic” shipping service, for all Orders. Please see our Shipping Terms page.
A12: All product prices indicated and payments made on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and in American Dollars (US$).
A13: NO, all prices on our website aren’t GST inclusive.
A14: Unfortunately INKASSOUL cannot assume any responsibility for taxes and duties payable internationally. In some cases certain regions demand what could be considered excessive duty charges. INKASSOUL recommends you investigate the nature of duties and taxes in your region before purchasing from our online shop.
A15: A tax invoice will be sent to you by email as soon as your Order is received and accepted. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your Order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment. You can use this number on the Australia Post (auspost), Peruvian Post (serpost) and Toll Website to track the whereabouts of your order.
A16: We can deliver your beautifully wrapped gift directly to the recipient. There is an option for this at checkout. If you would like us to include a short note with your gift just include it in the notes panel at checkout. A full receipt will be emailed to you at the time of purchase. We never include receipts with the shipment.
