We personalize custom and we do pre-order jewellery, rings, pendants, earrings, studs, bracelets, cufflinks and necklaces in sterling silver (925), gold (750), platinum. Many new materials are often included, from time to time, on our jewellery catalog.
>INKASSOUL also makes & offers hand/machine made, top quality andean 'n designer Clothing Apparel & Accessories. We make sweaters, vests, ponchos, shawls, jumpers, layers, scarves, caps, hoods and mittens in baby alpaca, alpaca, acrylic, etc. Many new material are included and mixed, to obtain newer and better materials results, to offer unique sensation products! Always looking for innovation.
Our products are for men and women, all delivered to you from our little world in Sydney, AU & our lovely place in Lima, PE.

All our products are packaged with love and shipped directly from our Syd or Lma studio to you.

* Handling / Processing Time: 1-2 business days (regular orders) / 10-15 bd (custom/pre-orders).
* Shipping Time: 1-5 business days (courier service) / 15-30 bd (economic service).
* For Domestic & International Orders: Secure(selected Couriers/Posts), Registered(signature is needed) & Trackable Service(Track #).
>These three shipping options above are via Australian or Peruvian Post / Couriers to assure prompt delivery. Your tracking information or Article ID will be sent as soon as its shipped. These business days do not include weekends, holidays or custom clearance delays.
>Our delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, INKASSOUL will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
>INKASSOUL is not responsible for import duties and taxes to international customers. Contact your local customs office for more information. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees or import duties.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

REFUNDS - Customer change of mind

*We DO provide a refund if you change your mind!*
If you would like a refund you MUST notify us via eCrater conversation (eCrater Convo) within TWO days from the date the package is delivered to you, and mail back the item in new condition (original packaging) no later than THREE days after contacting us about the return.
We will refund your money back as soon as the item is received. Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised. If we do not receive the item back and neither of these can be provided, there will be no refund. Any item not properly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting. Please note, items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding our TWO days Refund Policy.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping for refunds.

EXCHANGES - Customer change of mind

*We DO provide a replacement/exchamge if you change your mind!*
Shipping both ways is at buyer’s expenses. If you wish to exchange an item, this must be done within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us via eCrater conversation (eCrater Convo) for exchange authorisation (stock!).
An exchanged piece will be replaced with the same item or another item ONLY upon receipt of the original item. If the item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or greater value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail price difference will be charged to you.
CLAUSES :
>Returning Shipping, is paid by the customer (not elegible for reimbursed).
>Customs Fees or Import Duties, are not elegible for reimbursed.
>Because we charge US$0 for shipping, shipping & handling fees will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of us$20 for the return (refund/exchange).
>We must receive the item in the original packaging, carefully packed and the item must be in the same condition it was shipped in. If the item has been worn or used we will charge a restocking fee of us$25 for the return (refund/exchange).
NOTES :
* No refunds/exchanges on personalised and custom orders, neither sale items.
* It is our Health & Hygiene Policy not to offer exchange or refund on jewellery piercing products unless faulty.
* Please state your complete name, product purchased (Code product & Order #) with item/s picture with a description of YOUR CHANGE OF MIND and choice between, exchange or refund. Also you will have to notify us exactly which product you wish to exchange in this email. If you wish to purchase a product that has greater value than the product in exchange, you may do so by paying the difference.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - INKASSOUL mistake

*We DO provide a refund or replacement/exchange for a INKASSOUL mistake*
If you would like a refund/exchange, as a result of INKASSOUL mistake, you MUST notify us via eCrater conversation (eCrater Convo) within TWO days from the date the package is delivered to you. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we were not notified by eCrater conversation, within 2 days of reception of the product(s). After 2 days, you will not be eligible to return your product(s).
WAIT THE REQUEST RESULTS! Once we have approved the request, you will have to send the product(s) back to us, NOT BEFORE!. Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised.
REFUNDS :
The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received by INKASSOUL, please allow up to 5 days from the day we received item(s), for your account to be credited. Refund will be made through Paypal or your Credit Card.
EXCHANGES:
Once the return has been received, a replacement product will be located and shipped. All returns must be accompanied of its receipt. Without the receipt, we cannot guarantee an exchange or credit store for your order.

CLOTHING APPAREL CARE
************************************
CARE: Alpaca fibres are naturally stain, odour and wrinkle resistant. Because of this, alpaca garments can go extended periods between cleanings. When you do need to clean your garment, here are a few suggestions for taking care of your garment.
CLEAN: Cleaning Woven garments (including jackets, coats, throws & some accessories):
For all of our alpaca coats, jackets and throws, we recommend cleaning by a reputable dry cleaner. Take with you any labels or swing tags that contain fibre information or care instructions. Inform the cleaner of any spots or stains; they will want to treat some stains before the dry cleaning process.
We recommend that you request the cleaner to use fresh or filtered solvent, and a dry cleaning process that does not involve tumbling of the garment and uses low heat (140°F / 60°C max) drying. Your cleaner may also provide mothproofing. Request this service, if needed.
Some garments may show pilling (the appearance of tiny balls on the fabric surface). Dry cleaning may increase pilling, but this should be removed by the cleaner as part of the finishing process.
Outfits with several pieces should be cleaned at the same time to avoid any colour discrepancies resulting from cleaning.
STORAGE: Make sure your alpaca products are clean and dry before you put them away for long-term storage (the dirtier the fibres are, the more little critters, like moths, enjoy them). Store your garments in a light airy place where there is lots of fresh air and movement. You can store your garments in a cedar chest but not in vacuum, plastic or airtight bags nor in containers. When stored in plastic all natural fibres sweat and rapidly deteriorate, they need circulating air to avoid mould formation; furthermore, a moth’s preferred habitat is a dark undisturbed place. When folding, place tissue paper between folds to prevent wrinkling. We also suggest storing alongside a natural deterrent like cedar chips, lavender, smelly soaps or even, as last resort, mothballs.
Alpaca clothing can last for decades, but its greatest enemies are moths and other pests that cause damage during storage. (Although certain dogs have been known to love the scent of alpaca!) If you need to put your alpaca away during warmer months, give it a good clean first following the instructions above — pests are drawn to dirt and body oils on fibers.
You can keep pests away from any garment by storing it in a chest of inspect-repelling Spanish cedar, or by placing cedar chips in the storage area. To keep away moths, use lavender bundles (although chemical moth balls will do as well).
A shirt box, clean pillow case, clean paper bag, or cardboard box will keep the air circulating around the garment. Never use plastic or dry cleaning bags for your alpaca, as this will cause moisture to build up and the fibers will felt. And like any other knit garment, alpaca clothing should be folded rather than hung to prevent stretching and distortion.

All silver rings or gold jewellery will require regular polishing and can be cleaned gently with any of our high quality polishes and cleaners that bring a radiant sparkle to precious metals and fine jewellery.
SILVER JEWELLERY CARE
INKASSOUL sells 925 & 950 silver jewellery, one of the most beautiful and lustrous of all metals. With proper care, your silver jewellery will retain it's beauty and character for many generations to come. Silver jewellery may tarnish and oxidise, this is a natural reaction to chemicals in the atmosphere., heat and body oils of the water. Contact with perfume, hairspray, salt water and cleaning products should be avoided. It's highly recommend to put your jewellery on last and take it of first, before your clothing.
Oxidised silver finishes involves blackening the silver jewellery item by hand with two different techniques to accomplish this dark effect in silver. By darkening some areas of the metal, the detail is much easier to see. It is also a way to create an antique or patina effect, giving jewellery a vintage look if that's what you are into ! You should be careful when cleaning oxidised jewellery though, as too much scrubbing and you will scrub the effect off !
GOLD & PLATINUM JEWELLERY CARE
Gold and Platinum jewellery can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewellery regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasp and joins are secured. Avoid exposing gold and platinum jewellery to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolour and possibly disintegrate. Jewellery storage is important as well; so between wearings we recommend that you place it back in it's original box to avoid scratching.

I mostly live in and work out of Sydney, Australia. I also have a studio in Lima, PERU and occasionally ship from there. Please do not be surprised if your jewelry arrives from the lovely city of Lima, PERU.
